  • Frank in a Blanket- Mini tasty hotdogs wrapped in pastry dough then baked.
  • Ham Lavosh- A hand rolled lavosh bread layered with delicious shaved ham, chives and seasoned cream cheese.
  • Jumbo Shrimp- Delicious Jumbo Shrimp served chilled with traditional cocktail sauce.
  • Crab Cake- Maryland Style served w/ our special tangy dipping sauce.

  • Beef Tenderloin Carving 4 oz. - Delectable, premier cut beef tenderloin lightly marinated in a blend of red wine & cooked with select herbs & spices.
  • Prime Rib Carving 9 oz - Mouthwatering, aged rib eye, marinated in a red wine sauce, roasted and hand carved for you and your guests.
